I have a baby, a toddler and two cats… Believe me… I have a lot of stains on my carpets. York Carpet Care was able to get all the stains out and I'm completely satisfied with the results. They were very patient and polite. There's nothing better than a clean carpet.

They also explained everything to me-things that could not be cleaned and why. They left me some booties and Spot Out solution, which I didn't expect. My carpets look like new again. They are 9 years old.
