Signature Health & Wellness was founded in 2006 by Dr. Moses A. Swauncy to provide quality medical care for adults and children. We offer treatment and management of a variety of conditions such as Hypertension (high blood pressure), Diabetes, Thyroid Problems, Cholesterol, Heart Disease, Depression, Anxiety, ADHD, and other chronic conditions including Medical Weight Loss. We also perform annual physical exams, work physicals, school physicals, lab testing, and allergy testing and treatment. We also see acute issues that may arise like strep throat, upper respiratory infections, ear infections, urinary tract infections, sexually transmitted diseases, and a host of other medical problems.Dr.
