Silicon Valley Medical Clinic in Milpitas, CA is led by Shivani Chawla Mehta, M.D. She is a Full Scope Board Certified Family Physician and USCIS Civil Surgeon.
Dr. Chawla Mehta is experienced with USCIS I-693 Immigration Medical examinations for green card applicants.
The medical clinic is dedicated to giving family-centered health care services including routine primary care, immunizations, medical exams for employment, annual check up and physicals, allergy, asthma, weight loss counseling, diabetes, metabolic disorders, aches and pains, fever, cough, fatigue, headaches, covid concerns, and women’s health. We will soon be offering Laser Hair Removal and Laser Acne Treatment.
The clinic is in network and accepts all major insurances. Walk-Ins are accepted.
