Silver Maples of Chelsea Retirement Neighborhood is a vibrant Life Plan Community that excels at creating & supporting a positive aging experience.
Founded in 1997, our goal was to provide opportunities for seniors to continue actively building their lives on their own terms – to grow, age well, connect with our community and embrace life! We offer both independent and licensed assisted living accommodations for seniors. Nestled in serene woods on over 21 acres, we’re minutes from Chelsea’s downtown area and just 15 minutes from Ann Arbor.
