Welcome to Simply Pawtastic — where your pets are our top priority!

We are a husband-and-wife team, fully hands-on running a boutique pet care service based in Manhattan Midtown East. Our story started with taking care of family dogs, cats, and other pets back home, always finding joy in the chaos of having multiple furry buddies around. When we moved to New York in 2016, our lives felt incomplete without pets. One day, a friend asked us to watch their new puppy during a business trip, and we jumped at the chance. Word quickly spread about our love for looking after pets, and soon, colleagues and friends were asking us to care for their pets too. What began as a heartfelt hobby blossomed into a venture, and Simply Pawtastic was born from our deep love for animals combining our extensive pet care experience with a professional approach.

With thousands walks and drop-ins and hundreds of boardings under our belt, we have experience with every kind of pet — from a nervous puppy who's never been left alone to a rambunctious bully to a shy kitten. We've had pups stay with us from as little as one night to as long as two months, because that's how much our clients trust us with their sweet four-legged family members.

We are licensed, insured, and trained in Pet First Aid and CPR, giving you peace of mind knowing your pets are in safe and capable hands. Our commitment to communication means you’ll receive regular updates, photos, and videos of your beloved pets. At Simply Pawtastic, we are the opposite of a kennel facility. The pups that stay with us are welcomed guests in our home. They are free to relax on the furniture (after their paws are wiped, of course), including the bed, ensuring they feel right at home.

We take the time to get to know your pets, understanding their unique needs and personalities in order to tailor our care, with customized attention for every service — whether it's boarding, walking, or drop-in visits.
