Small Steps Speech and Feeding Therapy.

Small Steps Speech and Feeding Therapy is a New York City-based pediatric speech therapy company dedicated to serving the needs of children ranging in age from 16 months to 12 years old. We have almost 15 years of experience helping children who are having difficulty with feeding, language comprehension, correct and coherent language usage, and social skills. Our goal is to provide children with the crucial tools they need to become more skilled and independent in communication and feeding.

We work closely with each child and his or her family to devise a treatment program specifically tailored to the child’s unique needs, taking into account his or her age and particular capabilities and challenges. Equally important, we check in with parents regularly and provide them with frequent updates on their child’s progress to insure they are informed and involved in their child’s treatment program. Our approach is interdisciplinary and collaborative. We meet regularly with the child’s teachers, doctors, caregivers and other therapists or professionals to exchange information and fully optimize the treatment program.

We pride ourselves on our integrated, holistic, and family-centered approach. Nothing is more gratifying than helping a child take the small steps they need to leap over whatever challenges they are facing.
