I wanted to tell you how grateful and pleased I was with your service late Friday night when I called because my bedroom door had become locked. This was a keyed lock, not a push-button type, so I was unable to open it myself, and my landlord had never given me a key (because he doesn't have one). The technician was prompt, courteous, professional, thorough, and not only opened the lock, but made the effort to change it so I could open it in the future without a key if it was locked (and without having to call a locksmith). You went out of your way to make sure I was charged an affordable price and there were no surprise, hidden fees at the time of service. Considering it was late in the evening, I found the service call charge very reasonable. I will recommend your company to everyone I know who needs these types of services. Thanks to you, I was able to sleep in my bed instead of on the sofa!

I had to call in the middle of the night after I locked my keys in my car just as i got home. The tech showed up in what felt like minutes and was priced very reasonably considering the time of night. Hopefully I wont forget my keys again, but if I do I know who I'm going to call.

I was at an amusement park with my wife and kids. Just to keep this short. I forgot to leave the keys in the locker, and when were on the ride the keys fell out of my pocket. The tech arrived in what you call seconds, he was done in a jiffy. If this tech represents the company, i give them an A+++++

The price was very good.
I didn’t want to change my locks entirely. I heard of this particular locksmith that could actually re-key all my locks to my home. I called him, he knew exactly what I was speaking about. He gave me a free estimate on the phone for 2 locks. There was no need for him to come out, that's how experienced he is. The price was very good. Thank you Mr. Locksmith for a wonderful job I will be sure to call you again and recommend you.
