Elizabeth Smiley is a Licensed Professional Counselor with twenty years of experience in private practice. She offer's individual psychotherapy to adult clients experiencing a range of mental health challenges. These include anxiety, depression, attention-deficithyperactivity disorder, grief, chronic stress, relationship difficulties, recovery from traumatic events, and life transitions. She practices primarily from an internal family systems IFS perspective, but has experience using both cognitive behavioral and mindfulness approaches as well. Her style is conversational, collaborative, and client-centered.
