Smith Marketing is a full service residential real estate company with two divisions. One division specializes in helping families and individuals sell their homes and/or purchase a new home. The other division is a new homes division and we work with builders and developers to market, design and sell new homes.

Smith Marketing, Inc. was formed in 2001 by Betty A. Smith and son, Jason T. Smith. Smith Marketing Inc. was established off of 27 years of successful real estate experience in the Triad area of North Carolina. In 2005, son, Jeff Smith, joined Smith Marketing, Inc. and is now the Senior Vice President and Betty Smith serves as its President. In February of 2009 Smith Marketing joined forces with Allen Tate Realtors. The two companies complement one another very well as Smith Marketing has proved to be one of the strongest and largest teams within the entire Allen Tate Company, and has been named the #1 Selling Team in the Triad for 2009, 2010 and 2011!
