Established in 2007. Smotritsky Law Group, PLLC was founded in 2007 by Attorney Stanley Smotritsky. With 15+ years of experience, the firm provides immigration services for clients in New York City, Manhattan, and other areas in the state of New York. Individuals and families come to the firm for assistance with deportation defense, waiver of inadmissibility applications, asylum petitions, family-based immigration, immigrant visa and adjustment of status applications, and appellate processes.
