Full office of doctors, and they ask you to rate the doctors you would like to have as your primary doctor. 5 doctors, and wouldn't even take me as a patient? I was told they only ask the first 2 you list from 1-5 on your paperwork. I came in October 26th (10-26-15) with a terrible case of tonsillitis. Despite my insurance making me pick a primary doctor (Pamela H Snook MD in my case); I was told I had not been approved at "their office" despite being told when I signed up for the insurance, that I had to pick a "primary" doctor. I went in today (11/18/15) weeks later; only to be told that they would not accept me as a patient, and to try another office entirely. Thanks doc...good thing I wasn't sick...right? 103.6 is not serious or anything. Almost a month later and never did get in to see a doctor. Tells you about the state HIP insurance and the doctors they choose I suppose. I would not recommend this doctor to anyone with the treatment I got at the office. Totally unprofessional in my experience.
