Our law firm was founded because we believe in fair workplaces. Our work has been shaped by women attorneys who understand sexual harassment because we’ve experienced it first hand, and male attorneys who are not afraid to hold others accountable! We know how it feels, we know what it takes to make a report, and we know how to hold employers responsible.
We know that for many women and survivors of sexual harassment, the most important thing is not only a fair workplace for themselves, but for others as well. Many of our clients report sexual harassment because they don’t want others to have to go through what they have gone through. We believe that every time we hold an employer accountable, we help build safer workplaces for everyone.
