About us
Our practice is intentionally designed to invite the kind of relaxation needed for deep work. Gentle music, soft textiles, and amber lighting soothe the senses. Soileau Partners psychotherapy was founded on the belief that healing spaces should be rooted in relationships, guided by curiosity, and designed for care. Weekly sessions give us time to notice emotions as they surface, trace them back to lived experience, and understand what is being expressed through our patterns and behaviors. Our goal is to collaboratively explore and develop insight into the presenting symptoms and lived experiences that initially bring you in. Over time, insights gather, self-critique softens, and a steadier self begins to emerge.
