About us
We are a mental health group practice focusing on supporting clients through somatic and other innovative approaches to healing from trauma, anxiety, depression and more. We work with adults providing individual therapy as well as psychedelic assisted therapy. We support the Denver community and beyond by offering free monthly workshops covering nervous system education and an introduction to somatic therapy.
