Meet Dr. Neil JaddouNeil Jaddou MD has been a practicing physician for over 20 years. He provides comprehensive medical care for adults and children at Somerset Family Medicine SFM. A widely respected member of the Troy and Sterling Heights communities, Dr. Jaddou enjoys working with a diverse group of patients throughout the Detroit area. Dr. Jaddou graduated with honors from Wayne State University Medical School, which is one of the top medical schools in the country. He completed his residency in Internal Medicine and Pediatrics at St. John Hospital before transferring to Detroit Medical Center to complete a residency in family practice. Today, Dr.
