Located in Medina, Minnesota, Sonder Behavioral Health & Wellness is committed to providing quality mental health service. We believe that mental health is as important as bodily health, and truly make it our mission to normalize therapy. At Sonder Behavioral Health & Wellness, we offer comprehensive behavioral health services from a team of experienced, multidisciplinary therapists and psychologists. We offer a large variety of therapy services ranging from individual or couples counseling, to family and group counseling.
The team at Sonder Behavioral Health & Wellness understands that life is tough, and there are many events in life that can damage us mentally. We offer therapy and counseling services for all of life’s transitions and problems, including anxiety, behavioral issues, blended families, divorce, grief, loss, pain management, persistent mental illness, self-esteem, premarital counseling, and much more. Our services address a vast range of therapeutic issues, utilizing a variety of therapy approaches.
