Sonin Law helps people make sure their assets pass to their loved ones easily upon their death, and to make sure their affairs are handled smoothly if they are incapacitated. Sonin Law does estate planning, drafting trusts, wills, and powers of attorney. We also help people after a loved one's death, by handling probate and trust administration. We have a strong focus on special needs planning, drafting special needs trusts and handling limited conservatorships. Barbara Sonin is a certified specialist in estate, trust, and probate, and prides herself on listening to her clients to draft plans which meet their unique concerns and objectives.
