ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE experience. I have had a terrible experience with Sorensen Paving in West Boylston. The owner charged me $2,000 and told me that work would last for 10 years. The day he finsihed I noticed rough patches of asphalt and called him. He returned and looked at it and admitted that it wasn't right and promised to return to fix it. It is now nearly a year later and he has not returned. Even worse, a few weeks after the job was completed cracks began to appear. Now there are almost as many cracks in the driveway as there was before Sorenson paved it. I have called him on a monthly and sometimes weekly basis to ask him to return. I have approached him in public asking him to please return and fix his work. Each time he has said I haven't forgotten about you and that he'll be coming by soon to fix it. He never has.
