South Pointe Plaza Rehabilitation & Nursing Center

We provide comprehensive rehabilitation programs to help patients regain maximum function after a hospital stay. We also provide long-term care. Rehabilitation programs are designed for patients who have suffered a stroke, a hip or other fracture, or undergone surgery. Our highly-skilled licensed therapists work with our physicians, nurses and social workers to tailor therapy plans to the unique needs of each patient.
