South Texas Health System Children's is the first freestanding pediatric hospital in the Rio Grande Valley. The 107-bed hospital in Edinburg, Texas, features the region’s only exclusive pediatric emergency department and a Joint Commission certified asthma program, as well as access to physicians in many specialty areas.
