About Southgate Urgent Care: Southgate Urgent Care is a walk-in clinic located in Southgate, MI. We provide patients with a wide range of Urgent Care services including X-rays. At our medical clinic, we diagnose and treat all injuries and illnesses of pediatric and adult patients. We also offer physicals as well as care for work-related injuries and auto-related injuries. Work notes are provided to patients after their clinical evaluation. Our staff includes doctors (MDs and DOs) as well as physician assistants (PAs), all of whom are highly qualified with years of experience in Emergency Care settings like hospitals (ER).
