That’s why when top remodeling magazine did a survey of 1,000 people that had recently used a contractor, only 38% of people would recommend that contractor. That means 62% of people would not recommend the contractor they used. Those are pretty low numbers. The reason is because most contractors don’t recognize the necessity to instill project processes in their organization to ensure consistency.
