Southwood Gardens LLC in Naugatuck is the worst place to live, I had mold growing for a year due to a sewage leak they just fixed because I called the Health Dep to make them move. Toxic Black & White & Brown mold everywhere. It rained in my bed room for 4 Days. Took them 3 months to start to fix the problem. Too Many People Smoke Crack here, but there are some Good People here also. 4 flat tires on 2 cars for the first 3 months every week over parking. Total Sh#t Hole. Only worth $500.00 a month rent.
