Sovereign Urgent Care and Family Practice is an after hours Urgent Care/Walk-in clinic located in Trexlertown, PA. Just outside of Allentown. We provide treatment for all minor illnesses and injuries, physicals and occupational medicine for local businesses in the area. We are excited to be apart of Trexlertown, but more importantly, we are excited to give this community quality, affordable healthcare.
