This warranty covers only genuine SpartanTM products from Artesian Home Products. It is the customer’s responsibility to verify that SpartanTM Gutter Guards were installed. The warranty shall be transferred once to a new homeowner. Artesian Home Products manufactures SpartanTM Gutter Guards on behalf of SpartanTM Home Services, Inc (DBA SpartanTM Gutter Guards). When installed in accordance with Artesian Home Products’ specifications, SpartanTM Gutter Guard comes with a lifetime warranty from the original date of purchase. Artesian Home Products reserves the right to change this warranty at any time, but all warranties in effect at the time of installation will not be affected by any changes and will remain in effect until their expiration.
