Mark is the best! He is honest and fair, which is hard to find in the auto business. He went out of his way on a weekend to give me advice and it did not cost me a penny. The time he was away, was due to an illness. Maybe the person who is not pleased that he was not there should take time to find out instead of speaking poorly of someone who is so kind. Also, Mark was recently married. I think we all should be grateful to have Mark's skills and 24 hour phone answering service on our side!
Specialized Auto is great, I would highly recommend them.

Mark is an excellent mechanic and always fixed my 1997 Saab convertible right, quickly, and inexpensively. In Early 2008, he lost interest in his business and stated spending his time in Florida and on the boat racing circuit. Whenever he did work on my car, he charged lots of money for misdiagnosed repairs and repeatedly broke appointments. I would show up, but some emergency forced me to reschedule. His mechanics have no skills or interest. They bang the cars out and install used parts when they can get away with it and the work is shoddy beyond words.
I used to trust and count on Mark. Now, I am writing this review to protect anyone thinking of going there based upon his FORMER reputation. This place is a total rip off. Sorry Mark, I gave you many chances to make things right.
