Spencer, Johnson & Harvell, PLLC in Dallas, Texas is dedicated to providing clients with legal representation when they are involved in estate, guardianship, and fiduciary disputes. Our probate attorneys have more than 30 combined years of experience representing and advising clients who are going through will contests, trust contests, guardianship contests, and more. We also offer mediation services and our very own founder Kevin Spencer brings over 25 years of experience in this area alone. Our philosophy on mediation services is straightforward. We do not believe in wasting any of our client's resources or time so we do our best to mediate situations and utilize both parties perspectives to come to a resolution to ultimately end the litigation. Unfortunately, mediation does not always result in a settlement so we are also prepared to defend clients in a trial setting.
