SPENGA Houston Montrose is a free standing custom built SPENGA building, complete with SPENGA Green building façade. We are located in the heart of the Montrose neighborhood in downtown Houston Texas. The Chris' have been in the Health and Fitness industry for over 20 years, changing lives through a personalized approach to fitness. We will walk shoulder to shoulder with you on your fitness journey, inspiring you every step of the way. Fitness looks like many things to many different people.
