Sports and Spine Rehabilitation Center is an integrative clinic with a single goal to provide the most advanced and effective care for patients with musculoskeletal injuries and other health concerns. Our multidisciplinary center offers physical medicine, chiropractic, sports rehabilitation, physical therapy, post-surgical rehabilitation, pain management, urgent care, family medicine, massage therapy, and acupuncture. Our award-winning chiropractic staff includes two of the most respected chiropractors in the region, and beyond. The chiropractic director is Dr. Garret Rock, who works with many of the world's top triathletes, cyclists, and runners as a medical adviser. He has specialty certifications in Sports and Exercise Physiology and Biomechanics in addition to being a board certified chiropractic physician. Our practice is a musculoskeletal based practice specializing in treating a wide range of musculoskeletal conditions.
