SportsCare Physical Therapy Carlstadt, NJ is conveniently located in Bergen County at 630 Broad Street, Carlstadt, New Jersey. We are located a mile off of Route 17 at the corner of Broad and Garden Street in the "Surgicare of Carlstadt" building with a parking lot that always has ample parking.

The clinic is on the second floor of the building which is equipped with handicap-friendly doors and an elevator for your convenience. We provide quality care, individualized attention, and custom-designed programs for each patient ranging from young children to older adults.
