I have taken a yearly trip to Eldorado for the last 4 years. We look forward to this trip every year and are always excited to go and spend some money gambling. We have always liked the rooms, the casino, the foodnever really had any complaints. Our trip in July was a total game changer. Our coupons we receive in the mail were mediocreno one in our group of 7 people received any buffet coupons, which we look forward to each year. We stay at Eldorado and gamble at Eldorado because, in the past, they've always taken good care of us and seemed to appreciate our return business. Our rooms this year are beginning to look dilapidated, the A.C. didn't work properly, it smelled musty, carpet coming up. And for some reason our floor smelled like garlic every time you walked into the hallway? The Sportsmans cafe has always been a late night favorite as well. I waited 30 minutes for a to-go order at 2 am. The service was SO slow. I was even more disappointed to receive my August "coupons" in the mail. ONE coupon. The rest was all advertisements I'm sorry, but I won't be returning to stay and gamble, and eat, at Eldorado again unless something changes. So disappointing. I guess to take my business to another Casino and Hotel next year.
