i bought a groupon with this company as a xmas gift for my mother. they called on dec 17 to let me know they would be here to do the work either thurs(dec 22) or fri(dec 23)...friday morning came and i still had not heard anything from them so i called and they said they could do it on Jan 3...i let them know i needed it done that day considering that was when they told me they would be here (keep in mind they come to your home so i had already taken the day off work), so they said they would be here at 2 pm. well of course noone showed up, they started calling me around 3pm. at that point i had already contacted groupon to get it switched to a new company. they proceeded to tell me i still had to pay for it, even though no services were completed. i told them that wasn't going to happen, and then he told me i would be getting a summons for $180 and he would see me in court. Spotless Express Auto Detailing in Richmond does terrible work. I tried them from a Groupon and the first day they didn't show up. A month later the guy came and when he was done my floor boards and cup holders had 1/2 of water in them. He didn't wash or wax the roof of the van or Yukon or hatch of the van. I found chips on the floor boards and when I called to tell the company I was told not to bother sending pictures of the poorly done work b/c our employee has been doing this for over 17 years. I happen I look back the security camera footage and found that the guy left the site for 30 minutes and by watching the video was able to verify he never washed or waxed larger portions of the vehicles.
