Springfield Clinic Urgent Care West Wabash is conveniently located on the west side of Springfield in the Yellowstone complex next to Bella Milano. It provides a space exclusively for urgent care services along with ample parking and easy access to the building. All Urgent Care locations offer testing for COVID-19, flu and strep, as well as on-site lab and radiology services.
