Sprint Store in Monroe is by far convenient for my repair or sales. But because of REP Patrica, who will knock down all other reps to get every person who walks in that door, talks rude to clients established or not. Can't help but over hear her overbearing voice ALL over the store, telling some people they were DENIED for credit?? That should be a under the breath between the rep & potential client matter. I have stood waiting for a repair to watch the madness of her obsession. She bites the heads off of her co-workers. Have seen several great sales people leave because of her. This lady needs to be their security somewhere or cleaning toilets. I'm sure her sales are what keep her there, because the rest can only get what she can't grab and tell give me 5 minutes, I'll be right with you'. If only they knew. They may get a phone or new service, but if they don't look like a commissionable gain, her whole voice and demeanor changes. Saw one lady leave crying. This so called REP...

Sprint Store in Monroe isPatrica Morales is a rep at this store and is the most rude and disrespetful customer service rep I have ever delt with! She hung up on me 4 times and de-activated my phone to be mean and spitful. This is the worst store that sprint has. you wait aleast 30 mins everytime and the reps are always playing around and most of the time dont know what they are doing. I would not go back if it was the only sprint store in N.C!
