Worse Sprint Store ever, Nextgen Wireless is the owners of this location. Tylor the manager is very rude and unprofessional. This is the second time that i have had a problem at this location. As a computer Tech, i kind a know what is wrong with the phone. I went thru Sprint support the nite before and they came up with the same conclusion, it is the battery. Well the Manager startng erasing Apps off the phone saying that was causing the phone to use to much battery. battery was 100% when i got there and died in 10 minutes...App issue, i don't think so. So I had enough of the manager just doing what he wanted with my phone, so i starting questioning, he went right to refusing service and told me to leave the store. Well, that it, done with that location and all locations that are Nextgen Wireless. If i was a female they would be glad to take advantage of me. But if you know what is going on, they don't want you there.
