About us
Specialties: What makes Detroit Style Pizza (DSP) so unique? A crispy, crackly caramelized cheese crust that comes from baking in rectangular blue steel pans originally used to ferry auto parts around Detroit automotive factories. Marc Schechter, pizza obsessive, is proud to have found a home for the wildly popular pop up, Square Pie Guys. Established in 2018. Marc, got bit by the Pizza bug in 2017, and perfected the recipes in test kitchens in SOMA as well as Delfina, PizzaHacker, Caseys, and Del Popolo over the past few years.
