About us
The SSM Health Outpatient Center in O'Fallon, Missouri is a 66,000 square-foot facility designed to provide comprehensive adult and pediatric services to the community. It offers convenient access to advanced health care for those living and working along the I-64 corridor in St. Charles County. This facility marks the next phase of SSM Health's more than 135-year commitment to the St. Charles County community.
Our state-of-the-art facility is home to both primary and specialty care physicians for kids and adults, urgent care for children and adults, advanced imaging services and an outpatient lab.
