About us
SSM Health Therapy Services in Beaver Dam offers comprehensive physical and occupational therapy, featuring four treatment rooms and a 1,252-square-foot combined physical therapy gym and treatment room. The open concept features floor to ceiling windows for natural lighting and a drop ceiling to help with noise reduction, matching the calming environment throughout the existing clinic building.
Patients will benefit from all new, state-of-the-art equipment, including treadmill, stepper, elliptical, parallel bars, and a multi-faceted strengthening system.
Insurance Coverage: It's important to us that our services are readily available to the communities we serve. Our family medicine physicians accept most health plans and insurance.
