St. John's Community Health San Bernardino Health Center is a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) that provides comprehensive medical, dental, behavioral health, and support services to the community. We have been serving the community for over 60 years and are committed to providing high-quality, affordable healthcare to all.
