About us
St Tropez’s philosophy is simple – enjoy life and treat others as you would want to be treated. Located in the heart of the West Village, one of the most welcoming and charming neighborhoods in the city, the restaurant & wine bar offers a taste of the French Riviera’s vibrant lifestyle and culinary traditions. The menu, crafted with local fresh produce sourced by our Executive Chef Gerald Barthelemy, features options for everyone, including vegetarian and gluten free preparations, cheese & charcuterie boards, salads, oysters and of course Provencal specialties. On his side, owner Yohann Pecheux, has carefully selected all the French wines on the list – more than 40 of which are available by the glass or half bottle.
