About us
For the last 20 years, I’ve trained leaders at iconic
companies like Walmart, Royal Caribbean, and Macy’s
as well as leaders within the senior living industry at
Five Star Senior Living. But before that, I was a
struggling manager myself.
I spent years in retail—coming in early, staying late—
because I was afraid to delegate and didn’t know how
to communicate effectively with my team.
That approach actually worked for a while, I kept
getting promoted. Then one day I had nine managers
and more than 100 team members depending on me.
Doing it all myself just wasn’t possible anymore.
