I am passionate about empowering women as they navigate the complex intersection of mental health and hormonal well-being. Many of my clients come to me during pivotal life stages—pregnancy, postpartum, menopause—or while managing conditions like polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS), premenstrual dysmorphic disorder (PMDD), or other endocrine imbalances. These challenges can bring emotional struggles such as anxiety, depression, or mood swings, often leaving women feeling disconnected and overwhelmed. I understand how overwhelming it can feel to navigate mental health challenges and hormonal changes. I specialize in helping women navigate the link between mental health and hormonal well-being.
