About us
Elena Gandiaga, PA-C, Pediatrics Elena earned her undergraduate degree in health science at University of Hartford and continued on to receive a master’s degree in physician assistant studies at University of Saint Joseph in West Hartford, CT. Elena is a Connecticut native with experience in pediatrics working with neonates up to young adults. She is a member of the American Academy of PAs, Connecticut Academy of PAs, and Society for PAs in Pediatrics. She has a special interest in endocrinology and obesity medicine and enjoys working closely with teens to develop healthy habits. Elena is bilingual speaking fluent Spanish, and is also learning Portuguese.
