Fawzu Mohammadu, M.D. Dr. Fawzu Mohammadu attended college at City College of New York, then continued to medical school at George Washington University School of Medicine in Washington, D.C. Dr. Mohammadu completed his residencies in family medicine at Middlesex Hospital in Middletown, CT, and in general surgery at Berkshire Medical Center in Pittsfield, Massachusetts. He is also a Fellow of the American Academy of Family Medicine which he earned at Middlesex Hospital and a member of the American Board of Family Medicine. Dr. Mohammadu specializes in preventative care which includes treating diabetes, hypertension, as well as skin conditions.
