About us
Kara Vignati, APRN, Internal Medicine Kara Vignati, APRN, AGPCNP-BC, ANCC-BC received both her undergraduate and graduate degrees from University of Connecticut. Kara is a board-certified Adult/Geriatric Primary Care Nurse Practitioner. She offers quality primary care to the adult and geriatric population by providing, organizing, and arranging comprehensive healthcare for her patients. Kara has spent the majority of her career with patients at their bedside which taught her to be their advocate and to practice holistically with empathy and understanding. Kara truly enjoys spending time with her patients and her goal is to empower them to take charge of their health, keep them safe and out of the emergency room.
