About us

StartBupe is a tele-health medication assisted opioid treatment program (MAT) that offers Medication for Opioid Use Disorder (MOUD) -- also known as Medication Assisted Treatment (MAT). You may be assessed by our physician virtually via telemedicine if you are a North Carolina resident. We never have a waiting list. Most receive an assessment from one of our compassionate licensed physicians on the same day that they complete their self assessment.

We offer online group therapy six days a week and online pastoral care and spirituality groups.

You may qualify for telehealth services if you work or live in North Carolina for an extended period of time. Out-of-state residents may also be seen in-office.
