I've closed with StarTex Title Company, LLC Title on my last three transactions. Their staff is attentive, knowledgeable, and efficient. In my last transaction, my realtor wanted me to use her preferred title company but when I compared the pricing, StarTex Title Company, LLC's fees were much lower. I would recommend Federal Title to anyone on both service and value.

We worked with StarTex Title Company on our last home purchase based on the reference of our realtor. My experience with them was great, so I was very surprised to see the negative reviews. StarTex Title Company made the impossible happen by closing our house on time despite our bank making every effort to slow things down by being inefficient. It was imperative that we closed in exactly 30 days because we had to be out of our old place on the day of closing. Any delay would have caused a logistical nightmare for us and added costs. StarTex Title Company's communication was very clear and they were very responsive to my calls and emails. I will definitely work with them again.
