If you're looking for a company who makes sure their customers are happy upon completion of the job - this is NOT the company you want to hire. This company uses contracted help. Whenever a company does that, you have the risk of a sub-par job. That's because those workers don't care about the end result... they are getting paid no matter how good or bad the outcome. I would steer clear of this company.
