Steel's Beverage & Deli in Fairport Harbor is terrible as far as customer service goes. I stood at the counter for almost 3 minutes while the employee continued a personal coversation on the phone looking at me with hand stretched out for my credit card not knowing what i wanted to purchase. i walked out. i returned later in the afternoon to get a sandwich from the deli. they dont make sandwiches at steeles beverage and deli. the employee told me to go next door to subway. why is deli in your title?!@ great location unfortunately horribly terrible service. i go to fairport harbor 3 times a week and will never stop at steeles whatever again.
