Louisa May Alcott once stated, I am not afraid of storms, for I am learning how to sail my ship. This philosophy has played a large influence on Stephanie’s life as she’s faced both personal and professional challenges. Having this approach to life experiences has allowed her to meet situations with an earnest desire to grow and learn. In her spare time, Stephanie enjoys reading, camping, hiking, and spending time with her family. “Every encounter with my patients is a unique collaboration of health and wellness as I get to know who they are and who their support systems are.
